Boy Scout Troop 172 is part of the Bald Eagle District in the Susquehanna Council of Central Pennsylvania. Sponsored by the Farragut Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Troop 172 services Montoursville and the greater Williamsport area and meets at the one room schoolhouse located just north of Montoursville. 

Troop 172 is built upon a tradition of friendship and respect among members. Years of dedication to common principles contribute to building a foundation for today's youth to become honorable and loyal adults.
