Time to Schedule that Appointment

Quick update this week.  It's time to schedule for your annual physicals.  Boy Scouts of America require that medical forms be completed annually. Forms can be found here.

Parts A and C are required for all activites.  Part B is required for any activity that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, a resident camp setting, or when the nature of the activity is strenuous and demanding, such as service projects, work weekends, or high-adventure treks.
