 Lending a helping hand in landscaping the home of Jay Harner, Montoursville RR, is Matthew Brown, son of Dora and Warren Brown, Montoursville, and a member of Boy Scout Troop 172. Assisted be fellow Scouts, Brown lead a landscaping project as part of his work for his Eagle Scout award. The renovations and landscaping became necessary after Harner, a Montoursville Area High School graduate, was paralyzed from the chest down last August in a swimming accident. He now uses a wheelchair.
